Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Farco Plastics stocks hundreds of items for immediate shipping. Orders with custom or out of stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time sensitive, please contact Customer Service for assistance. 

Parcel shipments will be sent via UPS. Larger shipments will ship via freight and incur a minimum of $175 delivery charge. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska do not qualify for free shipping promotions and will be subject to appropriate freight charges. 

 

Payments 

Due to fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs prices may change without notice. We accept major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.  

Any chargebacks filed will result in Customer’s account being halted until the chargeback is cleared.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on where you have asked for the product to be shipped as well as on which products and/or services you've chosen to purchase. Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website. 

 

Returns

The customer has 30 days, starting from the date product is received, to initiate a return. After 30 days items are no longer eligible for return. Special Order Items and Drop-Shipments from the manufacturer are not eligible for return. If an item arrives in an unusable condition, the customer has 30 days to report any damage or defects from the date they received the product. Farco Plastics reserves the right to request proof in the form of pictures, samples to prove defects, and to send replacement parts for items under warranty.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY FARCO PLASTICS BEFORE ANY PRODUCT IS SHIPPED BACK. Return requests may take up to 2 business days to process. Once approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA will expire 30 days from the date it is issued. If the RMA expires before the requested products are shipped, the return may be denied. If an item is sent back without approval or an approved RMA, the return may not be processed. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the item returned to them. Unauthorized returns not recovered within 10 days from Farco Plastics contacting the customer will be disposed.


PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND DOCUMENT CONDITION OF ITEMS PLANNED FOR RETURN. Returning an item for refund or exchange implies the item will be received by Farco Plastics in a re-sellable or repairable state, unless previous determined to be a manufacture defect. The item must be returned in its original packaging and machine returns must include all accessories.
